Decoded warranty

Every DECODED product has been tested by a strict list of tests. For that reason, DECODED products which are purchased at decodedsa.co.za, carries a 12 -month warranty.  

Open box products have a 6-month warranty

DECODED products have gone through a series of tests. Unfortunately, there is no company in the world that could guarantee that your device is 100% protected from all damage.  

DECODED is a specialist in leather products. Leather is a unique and beautiful natural product. Through time and usage your leather will become even more unique and more beautiful because of the changes in the colours and textures. This is not a flaw, but rather the elegance of your leather. DECODED warranty doesn't cover the change in colours and textures.

Returns process

If you changed your mind about your purchase or the product was not what you ordered:  

  • Email support@decodedsa.co.za within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
  • Include your order number description and image of the problem
  • We will authorise, arrange and pay for the collection
  • Once we receive the unit we will evaluate the condition of the product and packaging.
  • We will notify you of the conclusion

The returned product needs to be in its original, undamaged packaging and it must have not been used.

 If you received a damaged product:

  • Email support@decodedsa.co.za within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
  • Include your order number description and image of the problem
  • We will authorise, arrange and pay for the collection
  • Once we receive the unit we will evaluate the condition of the product and packaging.
  • We will notify you of the conclusion

The returned product needs to be in its original, undamaged packaging and it must have not been used.

Faulty products during warranty period:

  • Email  Support@decodedsa.co.za Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Once we have authorised the return: If within 30 days of purchase we will organize and pay for the collection of your device. After 30 days you will need to send the product to us.
  • Once we receive the return we will evaluate the problem. For manufacturing faults we will exchange or refund. The warranty does not cover normal ware and tare issues.

Returns of products which came with free promotional item:

If you received a free item together with your purchase, when returning and requesting a refund we would need you to also send back the free item.
